For the past decade, Dr. Daniel Volk has worked in the mental health field supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families in their wellness journeys.
Dr. Volk received his PhD in 2020 from the University of Connecticut and has been in private practice as a psychologist since 2021. Dr. Volk received extensive training in implementing various evidence-based therapy approaches including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Meditation and Mindfulness. Prior to this, Dr. Volk received training in Behavioral Therapy, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Interpersonal Process and Solution-Focused Therapy (IPT).
Dr. Volk primarily specializes in treating anxiety disorders and OCD and his training in numerous evidenced-based therapeutic approaches enables him to flexibly implement a range of interventions. As such, he offer his clients customized treatment plans as per individual client need and responsiveness. In addition to being a Licensed Psychologist in New York State, Vermont, and Florida, Dr. Volk is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist. In his free time, Dr. Volk enjoys hiking in nature, reading and writing, cooking, and exploring the wisdom of eastern philosophies such as Zen Buddhism.

Natalie Sarra, LMHC
Mental Health Counselor
Natalie is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over six years of experience in the mental health field. With a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from SUNY New Paltz and a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Hofstra University, Natalie has worked with individuals across the lifespan, helping clients navigate a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges.
Natalie values a collaborative, individualized approach to therapy, partnering with each client to develop a treatment plan that reflects their unique needs, goals, and strengths. Her clinical work integrates evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), ensuring a supportive and effective therapeutic environment. Natalie primarily works with individuals experiencing anxiety disorders and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), providing targeted, evidence-based care.
Outside of her clinical work, Natalie enjoys distance running, reading (particularly science fiction, thrillers, and reflective or wisdom-based books), and traveling. These personal interests contribute to her holistic approach to mental health and well-being by helping her maintain a well-rounded, grounded perspective.

Kelly Sullivan, MA
Assessment Coordinator
Kelly is an experienced Psychologist with a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marist College and a Masters degree in School Psychology from Adelphi University. For the past 17 years, Kelly has worked in the field of disabilities supporting children, adults and families.
Kelly’s focus is on helping families and individuals with disabilities navigate the channels of the state Office for People with Developmental Disabilities and other Federal agencies to obtain much-needed funding and services. She is an experienced Transition Support Specialist,with an expertise in assisting individuals and their families to successfully plan for and transition from school to post-school life.
